ALBANY, NY-Cargill announced today it is making a $14,000 donation to fight hunger in Albany.  Horizon Milling, a Cargill joint venture, contributed to the donation.

Latham, NY – The Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York is proud to announce its participation in USDA’s Summer Food Service Program and is excited to bring this program to Amsterdam.  The Summer Food Service Program provides free breakfasts and lunches to children during the summer, when free and reduced priced meals are not available at school.

Latham, NY - - The Grainger Foundation, upon recommendation of Michael Helein, local branch manager at Grainger’s Albany, New York facility, donated $10,000 to the Regional Food Bank of NENY in a check presentation ceremony held at the Regional Food Bank on May 18, 2009.
